Senior Account Executive

We are looking for senior Account Executive with digital know how to facilitate the day-to-day running of our clients’ accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with clients and ensure their requests are dealt with efficiently
  • Researching industry trends and business objectives to stay informed about your customer portfolio
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals
  • Hosting sales calls where quotas lead the conversation; you’ll focus on finding value for your customers
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Liaising with Sourcing and Fulfilment team to ensure best quality service for customers
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Writing specific Action Plans to help your customers move to the next level of success
  • Help to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are managed efficiently
  • Help to monitor competitor activity and report on it regularly
  • Manage the co-ordination of meetings and ensure that the team has all appropriate materials to hand
  • Prepare and issue all relevant paperwork required to monitor the progress of work such as status reports, cost estimates, creative briefs, and contact reports
  • Ensure work and costs are signed off before progressing

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-4 years in Sales/Business development with digital agency
  • Passionate about online business, e-commerce, and sales
  • Has solid, practical experience in digital marketing
  • Is an outgoing person who thrives when engaging and building relationships with people.
  • Target driven and results orientated
  • Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills, decisive and result-oriented who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
  • Excellent written and oral communication (English); able to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Experience in B2B Sales, mainly to Corporates and Enterprise clients
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and proven capability to build relationships with middle and senior management up to CXO Level
  • Have a good understanding of her/his accounts’ industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm, and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, in particular with articulating a broader growth vision, and regularly reporting on progress to clients and senior leadership
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
  • Arabic speakers preferred (not required)
